At Rose Gold Mindset, we truly value every customer and want you to feel confident in your shopping experience. Please review the refund and return terms below before making a purchase.
Digital Products
(ebooks, downloads, printable files, digital wall art, templates, etc.)
Because digital files are delivered instantly upon purchase:
No returns
No cancellations
No refunds
All digital product sales are final, as customers receive immediate, permanent access to the content.
If you experience any issue accessing your files, please email us — we’re always happy to help until resolved.
Physical Products
(apparel, journals, mugs, accessories, prints, etc.)
Physical items are only eligible for return or refund if they arrive defective or damaged.
To qualify:
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
You must provide clear photo proof of the defect (and packaging if damaged during transit)
The product must be unused and in original packaging
If the defect is confirmed, we will:
Replace the item at no cost OR
Issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable
Not eligible for return or refund
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Change of mind
Wrong size or wrong style chosen by customer
Buyer’s remorse
Items damaged due to misuse
Sale / clearance items
Gift cards
Return shipping is not required for defective items unless we specifically request the item back.
Order Cancellations
Digital product orders cannot be cancelled
Physical product orders may only be cancelled before production or shipping begins
Once shipping or production starts, the order cannot be cancelled.

Photo of packaging (if damaged in shipping)
Refund Timing
If approved:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the bank or card issuer to process the refund
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
